A new domaine that was brought back to life from mere remains since WW2, Clos du Moulin is fast catching on--even given accolades by no other than Burgundy's most coveted DRC. This wine has the lift and electricity of Puligny with the mid palate weight of Meursault. A phenomenal value if you appreciate high end Burgundy but need something a bit more friendly on the pocketbook!

A great Sancerre made by legendary producer Etienne Daulny from grapes grown on 40-year-old Sauvignon Blanc vines in the Loire Valley, with each plot fermented seperately. This Sancerre captures the essence of the grape with floral, flinty, mineral aromas. Think warm, wet, slate and grapefruit, white peach flavors on the palate. Bright acidity.

No oak here! Reminiscent of a Chablis, this crisp, lean Chardonnay lets the natural fruit flavors take center stage. Our wine team blended two Chardonnay lots from Monterey and Clarksburg to craft a lean, fruit-forward wine with lovely palate weight and a long finish — allowing the true beauty of the grapes to shine through!

This is one of the finest reds coming out of South Africa today. It is powerful and concentrated, yet elegant and refined, with notes of lush red cherry, raspberry and plum that are complemented by notes of game, pepper and fynbos. Fine yet gripping tannins and tight fruit flavors lend a solid structure to the rich mouthfeel, while notes of peppered berries round the finish.

An extraordinarily special wine made from very ripe, un-raisined Zinfandel harvested very late from the Old-Vine Rinaldi Vineyard. It is not made every year, 2009 was the last suitable vintage. Full black cherry and blackberry fruit aromas with a beautiful balance and a big, sumptuous, and juicy mouth feel. It also presents complex spicy aromas, with a nice creamy texture derived from the 10 months in French oak barrels. Winemaker Bill Easton was 1 of 5, internationally, to be nominated as Winemaker of the Year by the Wine Enthusiast.

Straw golden color; with exquisite quince, honey-nut, and beeswax aromas. It has a rich and silky mouth feel from barrel fermentation and lees aging, and excellent minerality. Bottle-aged two years prior to release. The Monarch Mine Vineyard is planted with Roussanne grapes that originated from a Chave family parcel on the hill at Hermitage, in northern Rhone, France.

Lastly, the 2014 Zinfandel Black Chicken (its name coming from the code name used when ordering a jug of Zinfandel during the Prohibition era) is another relatively big-boned Zinfandel at 15.3% alcohol. Gorgeously proportioned, textured and almost chewy, this stunningly hedonistic and fleshy, flamboyant Zinfandel delivers abundant glycerin, fruit, quality and personality.

Quite deep golden color shows some age and development. Primary aromas have given place to notes of honey, honey suckle. It is dry on the palate with lovely complexity and depth of character. A touch tannins and lots of refreshing acidity, dandelion flowers, honeyed and raisiny, with very long finish. Off the beaten path Pinot Gris, untamed but civilized.

The Guilhem Rouge has deep, brilliant red color. On the nose, it has vinous, complex aromas, with hints of red berries (cherry, blackberry, and strawberry) and spice. Opens soft and fruity with gentle tannins. Delicate and sophisticated. Long and smooth; a touch rustic reflecting its terroir.

The 2014 THE Cab is deep ruby red in color with aromas of blackcurrant, kumquat, sandalwood and baking spices. This mediumbodied wine showcases structured tannins and layers of flavorslike dried cherries and dark roast coffee that continue to evolveand linger. Pair this young Cabernet with your grilled favorites.

The 2015 Tous Ensemble Pinot Noir’s aroma is layered with fresh red fruits, rose petal, and vanilla. The body is redolent of damson plums, red apple skin and bing cherries, with a silky texture and smooth tannins. Wonderful Pinot from Anderson Valley.
