This Pinot Noir shows a precise balance between the fruit and acidity that makes it fresh and lively. It has a typical Pinot Noir nose with strawberries, raspberries and floral notes such as violets. On the palate the wine is well balanced, elegant and it has a long finish tasting of red berries.

Guy’s principal wine, the Morgon “Vieilles Vignes” is sourced from the Saint Joseph and Grand Cras subzones of the appellation, which give fine, stony wines. A high-lying sandy parcel contributes more complexity, structure, and acidity to the blend. Domaine Guy Breton was founded in 1935 and has consistently produced 90+ point wines from Morgon with organic farming.

An elegant representation of Napa Valley Cabernet from a cool vintage. It presents an opaque garnet hue in the glass and reveals aromas of sandalwood and roasted meats. Flavors of vanilla, coffee beans and raspberries are buttressed by dusty tannins, firm acidity and a mouth-coating texture. Given proper cellaring, this wine should provide drinking pleasure through 2029.

100% Chardonnay from 80+ year old vines made with natural practices. There’s a real completeness to this wine: stony with pear, lemons and nice precision allied to some richer notes. Lovely pear and citrus fruit with a subtle almond nuttiness.

St. Cosme Condrieu is a pure expression of Viognier sourced from granitic soils in Northern Rhône. This wine is teeming with commanding aromas of licorice, jasmine and elderflower. On the palate, it offers rich flavors of white peach and anise. Full and round, this Condrieu is remarkably elegant and lively.

The Anna Asmaquer Beaujolais is an old vines blend with profound minerality, a bright wild berry nose, and possesses typique Beaujolais finesse. The grapes are harvested manually and vinified completely without SO2. The wines are not chaptalized, filtered, or degassed and only natural yeasts are used for the fermentation. An old vineyard was spotted by the side of the road late one evening while driving in the wine country of eastern Washington state. When we found out it was Chenin Blanc planted in the 1970’s, we decided to clean up two acres of it and call it our own. We still have those same two acres, which are now over forty years old. From the Jura, this is one of the best unknown sparkling wines on the market. It has pleasant rustic apple fruit balanced by fierce cold-climate acidity, with hints of cashew and herbs — it would be hard to distinguish this from Champagne in a blind tasting (it's even a bit chalky!) A seriously distinguished bubbly that givens in the finest champagne a run for the money.

Dark gold to velvety brown; scentful bouquet; luscious, smooth and richly sweet in flavor; heavy-bodied. Serve at room temperature or over ice.
