Aroma is strong funk and lactic acid. A very subtle cherry is there as it warms up. A little bit of chlorine as it warms as well. A mild sweetness up front mixed with malt throughout.

Deep cola brown, almost black, with a thin bubbly off light-beige rocky/foamy top. Lovely subtle whiskey nose with some oak, dates, raisins, grape, and more gentle whiskey. Nice big palate with a nice dark fruity tartness on the front, dry sourness throughout, dark Belgian malts, dry plum, bactillic tartness and a dry slightly roasty and slightly raisiny finish.

Agreeably tangy bordering on sour with a good bit of lactic fruit tanginess, and an equally enjoyable smooth and sweet malt body with a decent amount of body and sweetness to counter the sourness without coming off as too dry. The oak aging doesn't impact the flavor much, although I get the impression that it is one of the biggest factors in this beer's very slight dryness.

The aroma is straw malts, soft tropical fruit, earthy brett and some tart acidic notes. The flavor is sweet tropical fruit quickly followed by a lot of tart, acidic sourness. The mouth feel is medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hay and brett dominate the first taste, but there is a definite white wine characteristic to this. Oak and lemon finish this beer. Complex for style. Great summer sipper.

Very fruity wine, rich, soft and round in the mouth. Pairs with: aperitif, grilled dishes, salads, Asian and strong cheeses (Munster, Brie de Meaux ...)

The nose is malty, slight yeast note, with some agave, slight tequila, slight pepper. The taste is pretty nice malty, yeasty, nice sweetness, slight tequila, peppery. Full body, definitely a sipper, pretty complex brew. Overall, pretty nice, This one would be pretty nice aged.

Old Perseverance is a handsome and masculine ale; one pouring with deep chestnut and garnet hues. Its short creamy froth underlies a surly, savory and spicy scent of transcendent booze, pepper, and maple sweetness. The palate is immediately hit with the full impact of malt sweetness. Toffee, molasses, maple and spice cake all come to mind when the elixir hits the tounge.

Black as night with a fingernail of creamy dark brown on top. Aromas are of sweet bourbon, smoke, roasted barley, and tobacco. Taste lots of dark sugar, bourbon, dark roasted barley, alcohol, and leather. The mouth is warm with alcohol, chewy, and sticky.

This aromatic and subtle Viognier presents a clean yellow colour. In the nose the citric notes, white pepper, ginger and chirimoya (custard apple) aromas outstand along with soft hints of white fruits on a floral background. In the mouth has a great volume and a very good acidity level that helps to refresh the wine. Very complex and fruity showing a great character.

This elegant, medium-bodied Chardonnay opens with aromas of spiced pear and freshly sliced apples with notes of blossoms and honey. Hints of toasty coconut join flavors of white orchard fruits, pineapple, grapefruit and sweet oak, ending with a lengthy finish of creamy vanilla.

Hunky Dory Sauvignon Blanc is succulent, offering tropical fruit notes packed with fresh gooseberry and lime flavours. This wine has a full flavoured lingering finish and is designed to meet expectations of a true Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc .
