Intense ruby red color with violet hints, very clear. Very intense, with vegetable and spicy hints, light liquorice nuance. Dry and smooth to the palate, enjoyably fresh, well balanced and harmonious, good nose-palate persistence.

A magical wine, vinified using the even more magical indigenous grape variety Grillo. Deep golden yellow in colour, with an aromatic nose with lovely hints of citrus and peach. The unique slightly salty taste is in part due to the Marsala salt pans.

On the nose, aromas of sweet blackberry sauce with a dash of whisky complement vanilla balanced with a cooked and slightly tart blackberry taste. This expression leaves you with hints of creamy vanilla and caramel, reminiscent of a blackberry crumble.

A chillable red that punches above its weight, blending Grenache, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Pfeffer from heritage Central Coast vineyards. Black cherry, plum, and baking spice swirl with sandalwood and a hint of leather. Juicy, layered, and structured enough to impress—yet playful enough to pair with burgers, portabellos, or a patio playlist. Crushable meets collectible.

This is a lightly sparkling, sulfur free, sustainable, all natural wine that is protected by ginger- this imparts a very subtle ginger undercurrent to the wines flavor. This process was discovered by winemaker Lane Tanner. The palate is crisp and clean with green apple, anjou pear and lively floral and mineral notes (along with the hint of ginger). Refreshing and clean finish.

The fruit comes from legendary Weber Vineyard in Dundee. The grapes are treated exactly like a red wine- the skins of Gris are very pigmented. It comes in, sorted, allowed to ferment and placed into barrels just like a red wine. The resulting wine has a rosey-pink hue with aromas of cranberry leather and baking spice. Light tannins, mouth watering acidity.

Pistemutta represents the old-school winemaking on Etna of local farmers, called ‘contadino’. Wines with little skin contact, light bodied, fluid and elegant. This collaboration with Patagonia Provisions, allowed cult-hero winemaker Frank Cornelissen, who is not Sicilian, to reach deeper into the roots of Sicilian winemaking. Very limited!
