The fruit comes from legendary Weber Vineyard in Dundee. The grapes are treated exactly like a red wine- the skins of Gris are very pigmented. It comes in, sorted, allowed to ferment and placed into barrels just like a red wine. The resulting wine has a rosey-pink hue with aromas of cranberry leather and baking spice. Light tannins, mouth watering acidity.
