A relative newcomer (1957), Miró is now one of the biggest houses, producing a full range of excellent vermouths. The rojo leans on aromatic herbs (oregano in particular) and slight anise notes. It is elaborated with the perfect combination of aromatic natural herbs, followed by a long maceration. It is subtly sweet with a bitter touch, silky and easy to drink.

A sweet incarnation of white vermouth, it has a beautiful nose of white cake, orange peel, flowers and cloves, with these flavors persisting on the palate, followed by a long, surprisingly fresh and acidic finish.
