Barbera d’Asti is a young, fresh,
fruity wine from Piedmont.
This is the simplest and
youngest of the Sant’Agata line,
hence its nickname “Baby”.
It is delicate and fruity on the
nose and palate. It can be
enjoyed at any time, alone
but especially with food,
pasta, meat dishes, pizza and
robust cheeses.-No Oak Ageing

This fragrant Nebbiolo opens with intense, ample aromas of kitchen spice, chopped herb, leather, dark-skinned berry, tilled soil and a whiff of pressed rose petal. On the firmly structured smooth palate, notes of licorice, cinnamon and truffle accent a core of juicy dark cherry. Polished tannins provide the framework while a mineral vein energizes the finish. Drink through 2022.

Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau Macon-Villages Clos Saint-Pancras is trappings of delicious White Burg. Again, more mineral-driven than oak driven. Notes of smokey mineral, gunpowder, and a little bit of mouthwatering lemon candy kind of sappiness.

Bright red. Lovely floral nuances to the red cherry and raspberry aromas. Bright and fresh, with flavors of candied red cherry and flinty red berries with a touch of sweet pipe tobacco. The clean, long finish offers hints of underbrush and herbs.

The rosé is saignée and vinified like a white wine to emphasize its aromatics. Note, however, that the Qu’es Aquo is a substantial, full-bodied rosé that performs exceedingly well at the table and expresses proudly its roots in this special part of the Languedoc.

Light straw color with green hints. It has a rich bouquet of tropical fruits with notes of apricots, peaches and hints of cinnamon. Well-balanced medium- bodied wine with fresh mineral notes and tropical fruit characters and a very pleasant citrusy finish. Great matching with oily fish like mackerel, swordfish or tuna or with spicy Asian dishes.

Rooted in traditions that have been carried from generation to generation. Clémentine is made by the delicate process of extracting the best part of the fruit to maintain a balance between clarity, color and vibrant aromas. Clémentine is a dry rosé that dances along the palate, while bringing freshness to the mind; to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with poultry, fish and meat.

Electric pretty pale pink color. Watermelon jolly rancher, fresh rainier cherry, pomegranate and orange peel. Apricot, rhubarb, raspberry, chamomile, slight spring herbal quality, light bodied with medium acidity and a steely, stony finish. This is a dry rose with pretty delicate fruit and more of an old world minerally bright style.

Guillaume Demoulin is the fourth generation of his family to farm the beautiful vineyards of Château de Trinquevedel. he climate and sun exposure produce grapes with tremendous concentration and power. The rosés of Trinquevedel consistently enjoy aromas of ripe, red berries with notes of the ubiquitous spicy, garrigue.

After the harvest, the grapes – still with their stems – are softly pressed and then fermented. This type of rosé is somewhat similar to a white wine because no acid reduction is used to emphasise the fine fruity character with a streamlined elegance. Its fragrance and fruit nuances of wild cherry and fresh berries make this Rosé an optimal universal food companion.

Fresh wild strawberries, garrigue and warm spices on the nose. Very expressive. Medium weight, with mouth-watering acidity and soft warm fruit. Soft tannins and well-balanced structure between acidity, tannin, fruit and alcohol make this extremely drinkable.

Good intensity and complexity with ripe red fruits. Rounded taste with body and soft tannins .Great finish!

Ruby-tinged opaque purple. Ripe blackberry, cassis. Violets, espresso, dark chocolate, caramelized sugar. Concentrated briar fruit, full body, chalky tannins. Layers of licorice, cola, sweet oak. Complex limestone/mineral elements in a long, intense, finish.
