There's a lot to like in this wine's plum, tar, orange rind and raspberry aromas. The palate has a bright freshness, with enough tannic heft to give drinking pleasure over the next few years. It's an enjoyable mouthful of a wine.

Inspired by the brightest star in the constellation Crux. A “giant red” called Gamma Crucis, which has guided many an explorer around the Cape of Storms. A full bodied red wine with hints of coffee character, loads of wild berries. A full round palate with soft tannins and a good structure. Good balance of fruits, wood and acidity.

This stainless steel fermented and aged Sauvignon Blanc displays tangerine, pineapple, and slight grapefruit aromas. It has a crisp, tropical entry with a lush mid-palate followed by a crisp apple, citrus finish. This is a patio pleaser!

A strong showing of cassis and classically Cabernet Sauvignon blue fruit preludes the more serious nature of the 2014. Its pure aromas swirl with black cherry and a subtle vanillin and cola oak-tinged spice. The palate follows with rich blackcurrant and plum notes wrapped in finely structured tannin and delicate acidity.

This Chard is round and fruity and easy to drink , while retaining minerlaity and structure. It is a versatile wine, plump and aromatically complex. Perfect as an aperitif or with roasted chicken.
