There is a pleasant reduction in the nose, but underneath is plenty of mineral, flint scents and fruit concentration. The palate is medium-bodied lively with a keen thread of acidity, citrus fruit and spice. Fine energy and tension all the way through the finish. Excellent!!

Moderate wood frames very fresh dark berry fruit and warm earth aromas that introduce rich, generous, concentrated and mouth coating flavors that are shaped by tannins that are clearly ripe and notably finer, all wrapped in a firm and dusty finish that delivers a bit more depth and length.

This is really a very classy Chassagne, with an enchantingly pale hue and a pure, stylish, almost steely nose. Crisp and chiseled, yet with more volume of fruit than shows at first, this is a poised beauty with excellent length across the whole palate.

Spicy aroma with hints of red fruits. Good, mature tannins on the palate with a long finish. Dry, but very round and balanced. Pair with red meats, strong chese and spicy dishes.
