Suigei means “Drunken Whale.” This is a serious sake, made with deep sea water, it is dry and smooth. Fennel, hops, hint of rose on the nose.
Pairs well with complex dishes: Salmon, Filet Mignon, Duck, Escargo, and Kujira.

Diseno is the quintessential Malbec from Mendoza. This unique, old vine style delivers complex aromas of sweet, ripe blackberries, violets, and red cherries with notes of toasty vanilla oak for balance. Subtle tannins reminiscent of dark chocolate complete the finish.

The vineyards used to make this wine consist of desert sandstone embedded with volcanic soils that produce classy wines with great purity. Clean crisp wines that are well balanced with rich apple tone and bright acidity a beautiful food wine.

This prosecco is from one of the original zones of Prosecco grapes in Friuli. It is made in the traditional frizzante (half sparkling) style. Brilliant light color, a dry well-balanced wine, produced by the Charmat method.

The full malolactic style adds a vanilla cream character producing a round and full-bodied wine. After approximately two years on the lees, there are notes of freshly baked bread and pastry that enhances the more fruit forward style of the wine. Gem of a sparkling wine.
