Etraire is a rare heirloom variety that saw its heyday prior to the Phylloxera pandemic in the late 1800s that nearly wiped it out. Its from the off-the-beaten-path appellation of Isere, midway between the Northern Rhone and the Swiss border. Black cherry, crushed white pepper, soil, fresh herbs, black olives, all cut with the chiseled minerality of a high alpine stream!

Grown on the sun-drenched, yet chilly slopes of the Alto-Adige, this Pinot Noir is given optimal growing conditions not too unlike Burgundy. Bright ruby in color with raspberry, sour cherry, cranberry and a slight blood orange-y acidity bursting out of the glass. Gentle tannins are buoyed by a salty, long-lasting elegant finish.

In the hamlet of Le Breuil, deep in the southern Beaujolais and perched above a narrow creek, Dom. Dupeuble has been running almost continuously since 1512. Grapes are harvested manually and vinified without SO2. The wines are not chaptalized, filtered or degassed and only natural yeasts are used. These represent some of the best values in the Beaujolais today!

A beautiful straw yellow color, with fruity and floral aromas of pear, acacia flower, elderflower, lime and that glorious eastern Italian white wine signature of almonds. Filari Della Rocca Organic Sicilian DOC Organic Rosé Wine is the result of the vinification of Nero D'Avola grapes which are macerated in contact with the skins for a short period of time, just long enough to give a wonderful bright pink colour. It has delicate aromas of strawberry and violet and a fresh and elegant sip.

Aromas of fresh red cherries and berries, as well as a lightly earthy, nutty note, which develops into a caramelly flavor on the palate that, together with the persistent fruit and lightly firm tannin, gives a very nice, creamy-fruit finish with good length. Delicious, young Valpo.

The crushed agave fibers are fermented in open air pine vats using natural yeasts. The fermented agave is distilled twice in copper stills to yield a 45% ABV Espadin mezcal that is a highly approachable, versatile mezcal with a nice floral nose and pepper spice, and a clean, lightly smoky finish.
