‘Kottabos’, refers to a Greek drinking game that involves throwing the lees from unfiltered wines at targets. It combines grenache and syrah from the granitic soils of the Skilpadvlei Vineyard. The grapes were fermented separately, all whole-cluster; the grenache in French puncheons, the syrah in concrete. Floral and smooth, packed with raspberry and plum! Yum!

Rook was made to showcase world-class Merlot grown in the cooler, higher elevation sites located in the Columbia Valley. Aged in mostly neutral French oak to keep the bright fruit flavors lively. Showing red and black fruits, sarsaparilla, orange peel, cinnamon and tobacco, this crisply textured red is balanced by fine grained tannins and a rich, soft mid-palate.

Offers ample darker currants and blueberry-like fruit as well as leafy herb and chocolate notes. It's balanced, medium to full-bodied, has ripe tannins, and outstanding length. Founded in 1952, Domaine Roger Sabon is run by Roger’s sons Denis and Gilbert. Bright ruby color. Toasty, mushroomy and earthy nose. Medium-bodied, refined, salty and vibrant with a core of chewy red fruits, olives and herbs on the palate. Always one of the best bargains in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Les Olivets is open and vibrant!

Intense ruby red color with a fruity aroma; the cherry and red fruit notes of Barbera blend with the wild berries and spices of the Pinot Noir. The two wines are blended after the winter and bottled at the end of the summer. Vanilla from the oak barrel is light and well-balanced. Pairs easily with salami, cured meats, red meat and pasta. Can be consumed young or aged 4-5 years

A perfect everyday wine! Wet gravel and red & black cherry are followed by a dark palate with black forest fruits a sprinkle of pepper and funk. More of a medium body, but we recommend a slight chill. Millefeuille vinification meaning one layer of whole-cluster, one layer of de-stemmed grapes when filling the vat so it's build like a cake. Fruit forward and rustic!

Hand-crafted with select lots from Oakville district, then balanced the blend with Yountville, Oak Knoll and Calistoga. Each small-lot was vinified and aged separately in 100% French Oak for 15 months. Pairs with rich dishes such as grilled lamb chops or tender roasted duck with Bing cherry sauce.

Sensei Whiskey is a blended Japanese Whiskey that showcases sweet notes of oak and slight caramel flavors, which are followed by light spice throughout the palate. The finish is long and smooth.
