Thick-skinned and obscure, this grape ticks all the boxes for culty Italian wine! Vietti's take on this Piedmont native is delectably textbook: acacia, hawthorn, and mineral aromatics dominate in young wines, while riesling-like hydrocarbon (petrol) and honey can emerge with aging. The palate is dry, soft, and rich with a fine acidic undertone to balance into a long finish.

Made from pre-phylloxera vines, this wine is a vibrant example of the depth and interest that Chilean wines can offer. Hand harvested and fermented with native yeast, the juice is unfiltered, unstabilised, unsulfured and unabashedly delicious! Aromas of banana and orchard fruit blend with toasted brioche. The palate is full-bodied and rich balanced with refreshing acidity.

At Cascina Borgatta, Maria Luisa Barizzone and Emilio Oliveri center their practice on Respect: respect for the silt-sandy soil, respect for the old vines, respect for the process. They tended to the family vines for many decades before releasing their own wines and still, in their 70s, work with youthful enthusiasm. Their wines are equally full of youthful vigor, supple fruit and elegant spice.

Mix of loess and loamy soils. 50% skin-fermented for five days to add texture, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and kept on fine lees in stainless steel until bottling. 20ppm SO2 added in January. Unfined, unfiltered.

For the last 200 years, the Pliger family has been making wine of exceptional quality in Northern Italy. This Gruner Veltliner is incredibly complex and a great example of a wine with great age ability. Notes of peach, melon and herbs, this wine is highly aromatic and silky on the palate.

Eric Chevalier is a rising star in the Loire Valley, making wines with great elegance. The first glass is perfect with oysters—it is streamlined, saline, and full of lemon. Shortly after, the granite terroir kicks in, the wine becomes more full bodied, and chamomile and apricot notes lead to a rich finish.

This is Irish whiskey turned all the way up—bold, unapologetic, and beautifully composed. It opens with a rush of baked orchard fruit and warm spice, wrapped in a velvet layer of vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is rich and full-bodied, where ripe plum and citrus peel meet nutmeg and dark honey. The finish is long, layered, and quietly thrilling—barley and charred wood lingering like the last note of a well-played tune.

Our blanco tequila is twice distilled in copper lined stills and rested before bottling. Real Del Valle Blanco is characterized as crystalline as well as soft and light. Emphasizing notes of citrus, vanilla, and a touch of pepper.
