The domaine owns vines in two areas of Villages-level Chablis along with two small plots of Premier Cru Chablis on the Cote de Lechet and Vaillons slopes. Flint, apple and pineapple; white plum and grapefruit. Very fresh, sometimes sharp in the first years, the chablis reaches a perfect balance after a fair amount of evolution.

Ripe red berry flavors and a light structure mark out this wine. With oak in the background, it is full of fruit that ends with a juicy aftertaste. Drink from 2025. Organic.

Sourced from the only organic vineyard in the Basque Country. Fermented with wild yeasts in small 3,000 liter steel vats, and raised on the lees for up to one year. It is bottled unfiltered and unfined. Lemon zest, melon, chalky mineral, and a slight spritz from naturally trapped CO².

The first plunge brings forth chewy peppered steak soaked in pepper sauce with the tang of crispy seaweed. As you descend deeper, encounter a mouthful of black tarry espresso coffee that coats the palate with rich melted dark fruits and bitter almonds. A deliciously deep, powerfully peaty and wonderfully wild whisky.

This perfumed Vermentinu (as it is spelt in Corsica) is brightly fruity, with lemon and pear flavors. Its freshness and vitality are delicious. The wine is ready to drink. Suitable for vegans.

Precise bouquet with lemon zest, orange blossom and crushed rock scents, all well defined and focused. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, perhaps just missing a little precision towards the lightly honeyed finish, though there is good persistence here and a spicy aftertaste.
