Jack Rabbit Hill is a diversified farm located in western Colorado’s North Fork Valley, near the town of Hotchkiss. The 70-acre property grows 18 acres of grapes, 11 acres of hops, sheep, cows, and chickens. They make vineyard-driven wines , craft spirits, and hard cider . This cider is a beautiful rose color because it is fermented on the red pear skin. GORGEOUS!

Grillo is one of the characteristic native white varietals of western Sicily where the Di Giovanna family has been cultivating their organic vineyards for five generations. The organic grapes are hand-harvested midSeptember, destemmed and macerated on the skins for 5 days. Spontaneous fermentation, in stainless steel tank.

This widely available bottling, which includes small amounts of Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot, is sure to please anyone seeking a powerful red wine. Clean lines of black currant, crushed slate, light cocoa, char and oregano hit the nose, while the palate amplifies that herbal edge, with rich milk-chocolate and black-fruit flavors. A solid grip adds to the complexity.

This is a rich style of Pinot Noir, beginning with aromas of dark plum, black cherry, cola, root beer and nutmeg on the nose. It's quite opulent on the palate, with baked fig and fruitcake flavors, as polished tannins and fine acidity pump into the long, vanilla-fueled finish.
