Usu Nigori is a subset of Nigori sake that is only slightly cloudy, and not quite as sweet as the rest of the category. This offering is made from "shizuku", or the first run of sake. Wonderful mouthfeel and texture, mereingue and herbal undertones. Expect something with the body of a nigori with the dryness of regular sake.
