The grapes are hand harvested and spontaneously fermented in anfora with 14 days of skin contact. After pressing the wine is aged in anfora for 7 months.

A red fruit driven red wine, with aromas of graphite and irony hints. Flavors of black cherry and unripe berries with a nice breezy freshness.
