The totally dry, no dosage, frothy Brut Nature reveals hints of oranges, tangerines and honeyed citrus, well-defined, small bubbles and an austere, dry, chalky mouthfeel. It is an outstanding, inexpensive sparkling wine. This wine's also vegan.
