A liter flask of wine on the table is a an convivial age-old tradition. A crushable red made with grapes normally seen in France that shine on the Tuscan coast. A small % is done with carbonic maceration and the rest with a traditional crush. Aged 6-7 months in cement. Native yeast and no fining. A joyful clean and fresh wine with notes of leather, cherry, pomegranate and a little spice.
