Sourced from the silty Anthos vineyard at 300 meters, this bright juice is fermented and aged for 8 mos in stainless steel prior to bottling. This aromatic red has exotic floral notes of rose petal and violet, juicy raspberry and blackberry fruit, with spices on the finish. Juicy and bright with no significant tannins.
