This wheated bourbon is the latest from Mile High Spirits, made with Rocky Mountain water and Colorado corn and aged in the distillery's Denver rackhouse. It's a single barrel bottling, aged 3 years 2 months. The nose delivers caramel and vanilla, with a palate that starts with vanilla and maple and finishes with citrus and honey. Yum!
