This winery is a partnership of 3 friends to preserve indigenous varietals and old vineyards. Each variety in this blend is fermented separately in small vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in a mixture of stainless steel and casks. The warm vintage delivered a ripe wine that is quite fruit-driven and expressive, with a juicy, round palate with good balance and acidity.
