The winery is dedicated to the recovery and preservation of ancient local grape varietals on the verge of extinction. The varietal Arco has a floral and earthy nose, and beautiful delicate acidity drawing inevitable comparisons to Pinot Noir while also having wild herbal notes similar to Rhone and other Mediterranean wines.
