This very rare hybrid sherry style ages both biologically beneath the mysterious veil of flor, and then oxidatively after being fortified to 19% abv. It combines the aromas of a fine manzanilla and the smooth caramel taste of an oloroso. Dried lemon peel, fennel seed and cardamom notes lead the way, backed by walnut husk and fleur de sel on the long finish.
