85 Year old Chardonnay vines which helps create the foundation for a concentrated and full-bodied wine loaded with flavors of stone fruit, honey, pear skin, white flowers, and minerals. Fermented 25 days in barrel followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in barrel 25% new french oak barrels 12-18 months then another 12 months in bottle. Enjoy with White meat and seafood!
