Eyrie Vineyards dates back to the 1960's; it is 'old school' of Oregon's Willamette Valley. Aside from classic Oregon varietals, David Lett made just over 330 cases Trousseau. Gentle, non-interventionist winemaking coupled with high quality, organically grown grapes, he brings style of allowing the wine be itself. It's delicate, generous, and elegant. Very cool.
