This signature cuvée from the Dutraive family is seriously delicious. Refreshing notes of red cherries, currants, potting soil, and crushed flower petals are balanced by firm acid and well-integrated tannins. (Note: Fruit for ‘Clos du Chapitre’ comes from a single parcel of vines and is vinified in a combination of concrete, steel, and neutral oak.)
