The Weninger family has been making wine on the border of Austria and Hungary for over 200 years! Besides some excellent expressions of Blaufrankisch, Weninger makes a few playful wines using fruit from both Austria and Hungary- including Ponzichter which is a blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, and Cabernet Franc. It's lean, mid weight, juicy, and spicy with black and red fruits.
