Marco Sferlazzo spent much of his life as a pharmacist in his home town of Camporeal before coming into winemaking. He originally purchased the wines for Porta del Vento from a larger company, who was planning on tearing up vines of Cataratto and Perricone in order to plant different, more well-recognized varietals.

Voria Rosso is a sparkling red of Perricone.
