Nothing like any Pinot Noir you’ve ever drank. While the Jura is a hotbed of traditionally-nontraditional Pinot, we seldom see any from the Jura that sees whole cluster carbonic maceration. The red berry qualities of this wine are jumping out of the glass, with touches of spice and forest floor. A really beautiful carbonic sipper.
