The Cep Rosé is a refreshing, crisp, bright rosé that has verve and can be enjoyed without having to pick yourself up off the lawn. Though not a fruity rosé, minor notes of white peach, unripe nectarine, and watermelon playfully interact with a Belgian beer yeast aroma. The texture is crisp with medium to light body and quite a surprisingly long, salty finish.
