Shibui Grain Select is produced in Japan from a blend of Scottish Lowland single grain whisky & Japanese distilate. Aromas of roasted nuts, jellied pear honeysuckle. Tastes of black pepper and clove come through early on the palate, ripe citrus & baked apple develop before a smooth, long finish. Matured in three types of barrels: ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry & Mizunara.
