Aged for 11 months in French oak, 15% new. The nose offers sweet cherry fruit, forest underbrush and a hint of cinnamon. The palate smacks of cranberry & kirsch flavors with notes of fresh strawberry. The finish is quite focused & medium length, with pure cherry essence & bright acid.
