This special creation made from a base of two to five year old Iwai Tradition distilled at the family distillery in Nagano and matured in ex-Bourbon, ex-sherry and American Oak Casks before being finished for four months in rare Japanese Chestnut Oak Casks. The whisky has warming notes of licorice, pipe smoke, dark chocolate, preserved cherries and buckwheat honey.
