Les Cortis is the only eight-vintage old project of Isabel Coiffier and Jeremy Decoster. Jeremy’s winemaking background is one of serious pedigree, having worked with the likes of Agnes and Olivier De Moor and Lilian Duplessis. “Naxide” is a blend of Chardonnay and Roussette (or, Altesse), and is mineral, saline, and extremely refreshing.
