Freisa is often made with a hint of sugar to buffer it’s naturally high acidity, but here the acidity is celebrated and the wine is dry and brisk, with flavors of black tea, rhubarb, sour cherries and cranberries. Perky and earthy, with a whisper of creamy micro-bubbles.
