This single malt whisky was aged in American oak casks that had a traditional rich, concentrated & sweet style of sake aged in it known as Kijoushu, which has the ability to stand up to American oak casks & impart unique flavors similar to a Sauternes cask finish. Crisp with delicious maltiness & hints of vanilla. A mellow & soft texture balanced by white chocolate & almond.
