Selim is Miles backwards, a nod to the great jazz innovator from the winery that's making the first sparkling wine in the warm Mediterranean climate of Campania. The trick is using the young greenish typically pruned off the Aglianico vines to concentrate flavor in the other bunches. Most wineries through this green harvest on the ground.
