Aroma has notes of Provençal herbs, anise,white peach, and white acacia. On the palate there is fleshiness and a fresh peach-like acidity. The aftertaste is elegant, dry, honeyed with notes of apricot and peach. On a warm evening it serves as an appropriate apéritif. It goes particularly well with Roquefort and goat cheese.
