One of the older vineyards that Bize works with. Planted in 1972, this wine is whole cluster pressed to create great complexity. Flavors of red cherries, crushed rose petals, and sweet spice. Chalky tannins and bright acidity lead to a mouthwatering and seriously delicious finish.
