“Bedeau” comes from a selection of ~40-year-old vines from Volnay, as well as ~50-year-old vines from Nuits-Saint-Georges. This wine is incredibly light and crunchy, with a forest-floor, vegetal quality that is so refreshing for village-level Burgundy. This drinks well above its weight-class.
