In the village of Thoré la Rochette, Dom. P. Colin is a leading producer of biodynamic wines. This Sparkling Rosé is elaborated entirely in the bottle. Grown and vinified entirely without the used of chemicals or machinery, it displays subtle hints of apricot on the nose, while the palate is dominated by notes of tropical fruit, field flowers and light acidity.
