Dreaming of one day being able to produce Barolo, the Faccenda family purchased this winery in 2003. The vineyards lie just outside of Monforte, the vines are 30/40 years old, the soil of limestone composition. This cru is in the south of the Monforte commune. A classic beautiful Barolo with dusty red cherry, hints of leather and spice. A perfect pairing for mushroom risotto!
