The grapes were destemmed and crushed leaving ~20% whole berries. After 17 months in 32% new French Oak the result is a wonderfully fresh Cabernet blend that has well integrated fruit and a dry finish. This makes it an ideal wine for duck, lamb, or even pork. However it still shines with that Tomahawk Rib-eye and Mushrooms in a red wine sauce. Enjoy!
