The family’s first attempt at Meunier Rosé! The grapes come from a parcel with incredibly concentrated fruit, leading to incredibly rich, aromatic rosé. It spends thirty hours on its skins after destemming, before being bled off and fermented/aged into used barrels. Rich fruited, herbal, bright, saline, wow. This is the Rosé of our dreams.
