Most of the grapes come from old plantings of Pinot Gris in the Eola Hills Zenith vineyard. After gentle whole cluster pressing the juice is allowed to ferment naturally with indigenous yeast in older French oak. It is bottled without filtration and with minimal use of sulfur. The bright pale pink cherry fruit is lent a layer of texture and creaminess from the barrel. Delicious
