A part of the crop is harvested early &ferments at low temperature, exalting fruity aromas. The other part, fully ripe, undergoes a traditional maceration. About 1/3 of the blend ages in French oak barrels for many months, adding complexity to the wine. Garnet red in color. Lovely aromas of raspberry & cherry, subtle smoky & peppery hints with some thyme. Fruity, elegant finish
