Though oft-overlooked in the US thanks to the massive shadow of Riesling, German Weissburgunder has the potential to be so complex, beautiful, and well-made with a touch like Holger’s. As much of Germany warms due to climate change, Weissburgunder is able to showcase a slightly riper side of the fruit spectrum, while still maintaining its salty minerality.
