“Puits de Chaux” is certainly one of the more lifted and fragrant red Burgundies you’ll come across from Cossard. Semi-carbonic, and aged in a single 1700 liter concrete egg. Crunchy, delicate, and joyous, with a nervy-acid backbone, so beautiful.
