Coming all from a single, organically-farmed vineyard of marine soil in Ribbon Ridge this Pinot is made in the same non-interventionist way as all the rest of Vincent's wines. Open top fermentation with only native yeast followed by aging in used oak for 10 months. This is an expressive but delicate delight!
