This rosé of 100% Caladoc, a relatively recent crossing of Malbec and Grenache. The grapes, from 40-year old vines, are direct pressed and ferment in stainless steel. The wine ages on its lees for eight to ten months without racking. The result is a somewhat luscious and textured rosé, dominated by red berries, blood orange, and a slightly herbal undertone.
